my artwork finally arrived from gameongrafix.com today. How excited i was! Until i opened the package and saw that the side art for my Mortal kombat 1 machine was nowhere near big enough . So now i have to try and get a refund from this mob.

Anyone know a more reliable seller ? Failing this i might just have to go to a print shop in perth somewhere and try to get it done that way.

Also i need a clear neon to go behind the marquee - i think these are available at super cheap auto etc but these are more for a car's 12V system - would i be correct in saying they wont work for a PC?

I used a 12v flouro from Super Cheap, just wired it into a molex plug, and connected it to the PSU.

Only uses 8W of power, and works great.

i used ccfl tubes that are made for illuminating pc cases, hook straight into the molex out of a pc p/supply. make sure you hook it to the 12v and not the 5v like i did... wont light up properly. I got it to work when i realised.

as per the artwork, do you have the artwork file? if you dont i can set it up for you, to get done at a shop if you want.

which MK is it for?

awesome, is it just a matter of taking these files to a print shop? Will they automatically pint to the right size etc?

any idea what that's likely to cost?

varies in cost. the printer i use here in SA charges $45 per square meter of print.

the file should be the right size, as someone has done what you are going to do with it.

That's a bummer about Game on Grafix, they're usually really good :/

I have a couple of contacts as well if you need them, one of them did the artwork for my pinball machine. Heath's contact sounds promising though.

not sure what you are asking... but ebay is generally good for cheapo led lights.

If you are cashed up you can always use the ones from groovy gamegear such as these
http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=307 a few guys here have used those.

i got some cheapo pc case neons off ebay, cant remember where, it was long ago.
