Thanks guys :D I ended up getting a JPac and wiring it up to my server to use with HyperSpin. Still going to buy PCB's for it tho, the PC is just used more for testing out games.

Went in today and the guy appologized and explained that school holidays are really busy. He gave me 4 brand new sanwa start buttons, a coin mech + electronic coin board. He also said I could bring my monitor in next week and he'd replace the tube with a brand new one & reuse the awesome monitor chassis I have at the moment. Really happy at the moment, coin mech is in and working beautifully!

Really adds something to a cab when you drop a coin in and hear it credit up :D

Well, a little update. Been through some rough stuff, had to sell a lot of what I had to pay for some medical bills from my emergency trip to the hospital to remove my gall bladder (was excruciating pain), apparently a gall stone went out of my gall bladder and blocked off not only the gall bladder but my liver. Was a little yellow when I went to hospital, had to stay for 2 weeks :(

Anyways, more bad luck as when I got home I attempted to play my Blast City and heard a loud pop and the monitor turned on missing colours and was flickering. So about a week ago I delivered the monitor to Zax Amusements (The same monitor that they had to replace), and had a missed call the same day, apparently it only took about an hour to fix. So I rang up today and they said I could come and get it BUT it was going to cost me $161.50! So now I have to wait until next pay to go and pick it up.

Really had nothing but trouble with these guys, from never returning my calls, telling porky pies, giving me a 30 day warranty (disclosing this post purchase) on something I paid $1150 for, selling me a bootleg CPS2 game and generally just a lack of even the most basic customer service. I sold a guy a few things on AussieArcade and he lives just around the corner from me and when he heard the name he immediately told me they were generally poor from his experience which sounded just like my own.

Anyways, a few good things have happened this week like getting my Tax return which allowed me to get Golden Axe, The NewZealand Story and Final Fight arcade boards, which I still can't play, le sigh.

Cheers fellas,
Shane.

Sorry to hear things have been rough mate  Glad you're on the mend now though. Hey when you were looking yellow you must have looked just like a Simpson!

Sucks about the monitor, those jokers sound like a bunch of bitches.

Look forward mate, your bad times are over so now it's up the ziggurat lickety split, good things are coming your way.

Cheers Big :D

Yeah getting back into it now, I wished I'd taken a photograph when I was yellow but I couldn't really do anything but keel over haha. Yeah they really jerked me around, but next time (And i'm sure there will be a next time giving their track record for 'fixing' my monitor) I'm just gonna send the Chassis to Joey (Jomac) to have it fully refurbed.

Thanks mate :)

Good to hear you are on the mend and getting back into prosperity Dash.

Did you look anything like the yellow M&M dude?

They say you actually turn orange from eating too many carrots.
